world to conveniently chat when they are online. As Blur Chat does not use Java, it loads and runs as fast as a normal page. All that is asked is that you treat Blur Chat as a normal-friendly Chat Room and that nothing is said that might upset or offend anyone. Normal rules apply so please don't mistreat them.
